Refund Policy

1. Definitions

• Credits / Credit purchases: Prepaid balance used to place orders (including comment tasks, post tasks, and upvote orders).
• Subscription: A recurring plan payment that may include monthly included credits or subscription access.
• Automod Removed: Content removed automatically by Reddit's automated systems (not a human moderator).
• Removed by mod / Moderator removed: Content removed by a subreddit moderator or moderation team (human action).
• Sitewide filtering / sitewide removals: Platform-wide enforcement or filtering by Reddit that results in widespread removals.

2. Credit Purchases and Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable

All credit purchases and subscription payments are final.

• 2.1 We do not offer cash or debit refunds for purchased credits, unused credits, or credit balances.
• 2.2 We do not offer any refunds (cash, debit, or credit) for subscription payments.
• 2.3 Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of usage. However, any credits included with your subscription remain in your account and can be used for orders.
• 2.4 Credits are a digital service balance and are not refundable to cash or debit once purchased.

3. Comment and Post Removals and Refund Eligibility

3.1 Removed by Moderator (No Refund)

• 3.1.1 We do not refund orders for comments or posts that are removed by a subreddit moderator.
• 3.1.2 A moderator removal typically means the content was live for some period of time and may have received impressions before it was removed. Moderator actions are outside our control, so we cannot reimburse credits or payments for these cases.

3.2 Automod Removed (Auto-Refund to Balance)

• 3.2.1 If a comment or post is marked Automod Removed, Engain will automatically refund the associated credit amount back to your Engain balance.
• 3.2.2 This is not a cash refund. It is a credit return to your account balance.

3.3 Sitewide Filtering (No Refund)

3.3.1 If Reddit performs sitewide filtering or widespread removals, we cannot offer refunds for affected posts, comments, or upvote orders. These events are outside our control and can impact multiple users at once.

4. Upvote Orders on Removed or Cancelled Tasks

4.1 If you ordered upvotes alongside a task and the related post or comment is removed or cancelled, you will receive credits back only for the upvotes that were not yet delivered before the post or comment was removed.

4.2 Delivered upvotes are not refundable.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1 This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

5.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Estonia.

6. Policy Changes

6.1 This Refund Policy was updated on May 6, 2026. We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Engain after an update means you agree to the revised policy.
